Sweet Home AR Augmented Reality

Product overview: SweetHomeAR is an augmented reality app that makes it possible to virtually 'test drive' furniture and home goods. With it, you can see how any item would look in your house, room or any other place. Your phone's camera simply captures an image of the item you wish to check, and the app analyzes its characteristics (size, material, color, etc.). Then you need to specify where you wish to place this item in your house, flat, room, or any other site. The app then analyzes the surroundings and shows you how that item will look like as realistically as possible.

Issues: We needed to create photo-realistic, highly interactive AR visualizations of locations. We had to properly apply the mixture of spatial presentation with real-time configuration capability. Also, the app has to be really simple and engaging to use. Additionally, the app has to be iOs and Android compatible.
