Crew

Problem:

Managing a distributed workforce and ensuring effective communication and scheduling between frontline workers and corporate leadership was challenging, leading to inefficiencies.

Solution:

Using Flutter and Dart for the frontend and Firebase for the backend, we developed "Crew" to unify communications, streamline scheduling, and enhance operations. Our team included Dart/Flutter developers, a backend developer, a QA tester, and a designer.
